George Mason High School student Rachel Horovitz stands with her sculpture “Sea Whirled” at the opening reception of Falls Church Arts’ 3-D Art Show last Thursday. The sculpture is captioned with the following quote from Jacques Cousteau: “When we return wild animals to nature, we merely return them to what is already theirs, for man cannot give wild animals freedom, they can only take it away.” The 3-D Art Show will be on display through April 5.
