On Feb. 23, senior Grace Keenan and sophomore Elizabeth Snyder won awards at the annual tri-state Speech Metrofinals. They both qualify for the National Catholic Foreign League tournament in May in Milwaukee. Keenan placed first among Virginia competitors in two Speech categories, and tournament-wide, she placed second in Dramatic Performance and fourth in Original Oratory. Snyder placed third, tournament-wide, in Declamation.
