The tour and informal talk cover Virginia’s history and Falls Church’s role in it by discussing its ancient churches, unique landscape and the city that took its name. Originally founded as a commercial enterprise, English settlers brought their religious beliefs, Georgian architectural style and way of life with them to the states upon arriving in the 17th century.
