Crime Report: 3 Arrested for Drunk in Public in Falls Church Last Week

There was a lot of public drunkenness in the City of Falls Church last week according to the latest crime report. On Tuesday, at 35-year-old man was arrested for being drunk at Cherry Hill Park, on Thursday, a 32-year old Arlington man was nabbed for being drunk in public at Harris Teeter and on Friday, a 31-year-old man was arrested for public drunkenness on Hillwood Ave.

There was an additional alcohol-related address on August 29, when a 48-year-old Falls Church man was arrested for DUI on Wilson Blvd.

 

City of Falls Church Crime Report: September 5 – 11, 2016

Public Drunkenness, 312 Park Ave. (Cherry Hill Park) On Sep. 6, a male, 35, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Simple Assault, 1000 block W. Broad St. On Sep. 7, an unknown male assaulted the victim after a traffic altercation. There were no serious injuries.

Driving Under the Influence, 6600 block Wilson Blvd. On Aug 29, a male, 48, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Public Drunkenness, 301 W. Broad St. (Harris Teeter) On Sep. 8, a male, 32, of Arlington, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Public Drunkenness, 100 block Hillwood Ave. On Sep. 9, a male, 31, no fixed address, was arrested for Public Drunkenness.

Assault, 500 block N. Washington St. On Sep. 10, an unknown male assaulted the victim while in a vehicle. There were no serious injuries.

Driving Under the Influence, 100 block N. Fairfax St. On Sep. 10, police responded to the area for motor vehicle crash. One of the drivers, a male, 24, of Falls Church, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence and Drinking while Driving.
