F.C. FIRSTFriday Features 2 Art Exhibits

There will be several artists speaking and an art exhibit in Falls Church as part of FIRSTFriday of Falls Church on Friday, July 1. There will be artists talks throughout the evening on July 1 start at 5 p.m. at Alexia Scott’s Studio Gallery at 106 Little Falls Street.

Theresa Wells Stifel, Cheryl Bearss, Deborah Taylor, Elisabeth Hudgins, Persimmon Street, Two Sisters Art Glass, Joan Bixler and Alexia Scott will give talks at the event. Art and Frame of Falls Church at 205 W. Jefferson Street will host an art exhibit called “Colors of Cuba,” a photo exhibit featuring the work of Kathleen Tyler Conklin.

David Erickson and Fred Koch will perform at the opening of Conklin’s exhibit at Art and Frame. There will be free ice cream from Lazy Sundae and an open house by Jefferson Street Artists, featuring 18 working studios at the event. For more information, visit firstfridayoffallschurch.com.
