Creative Cauldron’s Summer Cabaret Series Begins July 1

Creative Cauldron’s 7th Annual Summer Cabaret Series kicks off on Friday, July 1 with “Three for a Song presents: Cocktails for Three, Parts 1 & 2,” which will start at 8 p.m. at ArtSpace Falls Church at 410 S. Maple Street. The same show, featuring Three for a Song’s Doug Bowles, Alex Hassan and Iyona Blake, will also be performed on Saturday, July 2 at 8 p.m.

The Summer Cabaret Series is held on Fridays and Saturdays through September 19 and aims to showcase some of the finest musical theater talent in the Washington, D.C. area. Among the featured artists in the series include Jade Jones, Matt Conner and Stephen Gregory Smith and Susan Derry.

On Friday, July 29 and Saturday, July 30 at 8 p.m. Jade Jones, a Helen Hayes Award-nominated actress for her performance in “Once On This Island,” will present “Jazzed & Jaded.” Creative Cauldron’s Matt Conner and Stephen Gregory Smith will present “DREAMLAND” on Friday, August 19 and Saturday, August 20 at 8 p.m. And on two consecutive Saturdays, September 10 and 17, Susan Derry will be joined by the National Broadway Chorus to present “And Then There Was Music.”

Tickets for each cabaret ranges between $18 – $20 and tables two, with two glasses of wine, and four, with a bottle of wine, can be purchased for $50 and $100, respectively. For more information and a full list of Creative Cauldron’s cabarets, visit creativecauldron.org.
