3 in Custody After Police Pursuit of Stolen Car Through East Falls Church

Three people are in custody, according to City of Falls Church officials, after the Fairfax County Police Department led a vehicle pursuit for the suspects near Benjamin Banneker Park in the East Falls Church area. According to ArlNow.com, the two suspects took off running after a vehicle pursuit ended by the park. Fairfax Police responded to a stolen vehicle report on the Dulles Toll Road. The vehicle came off the toll road to I-66 east with the police in hot pursuit and existed at the East Falls Church exit.

The vehicle crashed to a halt at N. Underwood and 18th Street around 3:30 p.m. The police have arrested three suspects in the chase.
