BJ’s Wholesale Club in Falls Church recently presented So Others Might Eat with a $2,500 donation to help with its hunger prevention efforts. The donation will be used to purchase food for the SOME Food Programs for the homeless where hot breakfast and lunch are served daily to men, women and children in need. SOME, Inc. was one of 70 nonprofits to receive grants from BJ’s Charitable Foundation. The 70 grants will impact the lives of more than two million residents across BJ’s 15-state footprint.

As part of its quarterly grant cycle, the Foundation contributed $249,900 to benefit the underprivileged in the areas of education and hunger prevention.
