Bikenetic ‘Moving Parade’ Set for Saturday

Bikenetic is hosting a moving parade on Saturday, December 5 at 9 a.m. to transport its 70 bikes from its current location at 922 W. Broad Street to its new location at 201 W. Jefferson Street.

Customers and local dignitaries have been invited to the old shop to take a bike (first come first served), have a safety check conducted on it, and then ride it down the W&OD Trail with a Falls Church City Police bicycle and motorcycle escort to the new location where breakfast will be provided by Clare & Don’s Beach Shack and Mike’s Deli at Lazy Sundae. A ribbon cutting will be held at 9:45 a.m.
