The Bonita Woods Wellness Institute, located at 140 Little Falls Street, is hosting a live music concert called Sound Healing from Song and Symphony on Sunday, Dec. 6 from 7 – 9 p.m. Sound healer Bruce Wegner and vocalist Shahnaz will team up to share their talent of translating music into a channel of harmonic healing.
Admission for the event is $25. Also, on Tuesday, Dec. 8 from 7 – 9 p.m., the Bonita Woods Wellness Institute will be hosting a Shamanic-style guided meditation. Admission for the meditation is $10. For more information, visit BonitaWoods.org.
