American Legion Post 270 Holds Citrus Sale

McLean’s American Legion Post 270 is holding its annual Charity Citrus Sale, which begins on Thursday, Nov. 19. Post 270 will be selling grapefruits, oranges and tangerines from the Post at 1355 Balls Hill Road, McLean.

The citrus sales, the proceeds of which will go to support veterans’ needs, youth programs, the local community and patriotic activities, will be held every third weekend of the month from November through March 2016.

Pickup of citrus orders will take place on Fridays from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. – noon during every third weekend of the month. For more information or to place a citrus order in advance, call 703-356-8259.
