Washington, D.C. premier 80s tribute band The Legwarmers are a special two-night run of shows at The State Theatre on Friday, Oct. 30 and Saturday, Oct. 31 to celebrate Halloween. There will be a costume contest both nights with $400 going to the first place winner, $200 going to the second place winner and State Theatre memorabilia going to the third place winner.
