Former FC Resident and Former Arlington Resident Met as Teachers, Got Married

Charlie (far left) and Carol Jackson (left) hosted many Falls Church City friends of their daughter Sarah (right), who married Joe Romano (far right), on July 19 at a farm in Orange County, Va. Sarah’s sister, Kate (not pictured), was her only attendant, while her friends from George Mason and Marshall High School helped set up and take down wedding decorations. Sarah and Joe met while teaching at Ballou High School in Washington, D.C. and are currently teaching in Burlington, Vt.
