Bastille Chef to Present Recipe at F.C. Farmers’ Market

The next installment of the Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration Series will see Christophe Poteaux, executive chef and co-owner of Bastille, preparing a chilled zucchini Greek yogurt soup utilizing zucchinis, herbs, and yogurt from the market this Saturday, June 28.

As with all demonstrations, recipes and tastings will be available from 9 – 11 a.m. The Falls Church Farmers’ Market is located in the City Hall parking lot at 300 Park Ave. For more information, visit fallschurchfarmersmarketchef.com.
