Cici has a Falls Church address, but that didn’t stop her from participating in a fundraiser in Arlington for a worthy cause. Looking spiffy in her participant bandana, she walked with Al and Felicia Schwenk and dozens of other humans and dogs for the Animal Welfare League of Arlington’s 19th annual Walk for the Animals on May 10. Just shy of 15, Cici was undoubtedly one of the more senior dog participants.
