Falls Church Recreation and Parks chief Danny Schlitt told the F.C. City Council Monday night that as explosive growth has been experienced in school enrollment in Falls Church, so has growth in Recreation Department programs. This includes, he said, the development of a first-time women’s basketball league, with 60 Falls Church women already signed up to participate.
