Two local businesses are offering special discounts to furloughed government employees.
During the furlough, the Original Pancake House is offering a 15% discount at its locations including its Falls Church restaurant at 7395 Lee Highway while Sislers Stone is offering a 10% discount on natural stone to be picked up or delivered. Both businesses are family owned and operated. Government ID is required to secure the discounts. Members of congress are exempt from Sislers offer.
