New F.C. West End Project Gets 1st Review

Bigger than the two large-scale mixed use projects recently approved by the Falls Church City Council, a development involving the consolidation of properties on the northeast corner of W. Broad and N. West Streets is on the agenda for its its first public discussion this Friday at the meeting of the City Council’s Economic Development Committee. The project, known as “Spectrum Development,” proposes the consolidation of multiple parcels for a major mixed use project with a higher commercial component than either the recently approved Rushmark/Harris Teeter project or the Lincoln/Reserve at Tinner Hill project, according to News-Press sources.
