Taco Bamba, owned and operated by chef Victor Albisu, has opened In Idylwood Shopping Center (behind Idylwood Plaza) at 2190 Pimmit Drive, not far from the Plaza Latina food market which is owned and operated by his mother. Taco Bamba is open from 6:30 a.m. – 9:30 p.m. offers a breakfast, lunch and dinner carry out menu which a wide variety of traditional and nontraditional tacos along with tamales, rellenos, chicken wings and burgers.
