Recently opened in the Idylwood Shopping Center at 2190 Pimmit Drive is Art’s Tavern, in the location formerly occupied by Mark’s Pub. The restaurant, which has quickly become known for its chili, offers home cooked tavern-style food including chicken wings, sliders, cheese fries, chili, chili dogs and a variety of salads, sandwiches and burgers.

The Tavern is owned and operated by Sharon Sachs who also owns and operates Turnkey Productions, an event management and catering company. Sachs’ sister, Deborah Kelley is managing the tavern after having spent more than 30 years with Mark’s Pub. Art’s Tavern has a dart board and will be offering karaoke, live music, and happy hour specials.
