Last weekend, the 20th annual Tinner Hill Blues Festival brought a three-day celebration of all things blues music to the City of Falls Church. The main event of the festival was a set of open-air performances representing a range of blues music that filled Cherry Hill Park with music and dancing from noon into the evening hours.
