Ed Kwitowski, executive chef of DC Central Kitchen, will be the featured chef in the next installment of the Falls Church Farmers’ Market Chef Demonstration series this Saturday.
Kwitowski has worked in many fine dining establishments in Washington, D.C., including Bisto Bis and Vidalia under the direction of James Beard Award-winning Chef Jeffrey Buben. He has also previously worked under Chef Ris Lacoste at Ris.
