Two of the newest residents of Falls Church are Penelope Sara Verbitsky Savitz (left) and Sebastian Maximilian Verbitsky Savitz, born on Dec. 28, 2012. Their parents, Scott and Natalya Verbitsky Savitz of Falls Church, are overjoyed. Their grandparents, Barry and Ellen Savitz of Philadelphia and Vera and David Verbitsky of Edison, New Jersey, share in their happiness, as do aunt Jodi Savitz and uncle Michael Verbitsky.
