F.C. Arts’ Printmaking Show to Open Next Thursday

The upcoming Falls Church Arts Printmaking show, which opens next Thursday, will feature many types of prints from submitting artists.

Artists were invited to submit prints including woodcut, linoleum, aquatint, monotype, lithography, serigraph and more.

Lisa Kuhn, director of the U.S. Department of State’s Art Bank, is the juror for this show. She will speak at the opening reception for the show, which begins at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 7, at ArtSpace Falls Church, 410 S. Maple Ave.

Kuhn’s talk will include a discussion on printmaking and her work with the State Department Art Bank. She will be taking questions following her presentation.

The public is invited to attend the reception, which is free of charge.
