Artists Craft ‘Room With a View’ in ART Center Show

“Room With a View,” the latest exhibit of visual artworks at the Northern Virginia ART Center, will be open through Nov. 24. Artists have dreamt of rooms with views and let that idea guide them. Included in this show will be landscape paintings, but also views inside rooms, as well as abstract pieces. The show also features three-dimensional pieces such as pottery, sculpture, glass and jewelry.

The exhibit will be celebrated with a food and wine reception next Thursday, Nov. 8, from 6 – 8 p.m. Tickets for the event are $20, plus a convenience fee, and are available at washingtonwineacademy.org. For more information, visit novaartcenter.org or call 571-483-0652.
