Mason Seniors Honored in Nat’l Achievement Program

George Mason High School seniors Araba Ankuma and Christina Holman have been named as Outstanding Participants in the National Achievement Scholarship Program.

The students scored in the top three percent of more than 160,000 Black Americans taking part in the 2011 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarhip Qualifying Test. Their names are being referred to U.S. colleges and universities by the National Merit Scholarhship Coporation.
