The commercial space occupied by Crisp & Juicy in Falls Church is available for lease. Following a fire several months ago, the Peruvian chicken restaurant vacated the space at 913 W. Broad Street and decided not to rebuild.

The Falls Church location was one of eight Crisp & Juicy restaurants founded by Jorge and Carmen Perez. The B-1 zoned stand along retail/restaurant space has 33 parking spaces.
