Celebrating their birthdays together at an annual event (the fifth one) now known as a “Hapeileen,” Falls Church’s Eileen Levy and U.S. Navy Cdr. (ret.) Robert S. Hap Day were feted at Anthony’s Restaurant last Friday night. For Cdr. Day, for 14 years the executive director of the Falls Church Chamber of Commerce, it was birthday No. 90. For Ms. Levy, she remains 39, thank you.
