‘Gift of Rights’ Art Donated to Mason H.S.

NNjohnwiant‘Gift of Rights,’ a new set of prints by McLean artist Paul Levy celebrating the Bill of Rights, was donated to George Mason High School (GMHS) this week through the Falls Church Education Foundation by John Wiant in memory of his wife.

‘Gift of Rights,’ a new set of prints by McLean artist Paul Levy celebrating the Bill of Rights, was donated to George Mason High School (GMHS) this week through the Falls Church Education Foundation by John Wiant (above) in memory of his wife, Cay Wiant, long-time GMHS teacher. Wiant presented the prints to the school during a recent GMHS staff meeting. Each of the panels depicts a different “right.” Shown below (left to right) are right to trial by jury, freedom of the press and freedom of speech. The prints will be displayed in the GMHS library on a rotating basis.
