Following 13 arrests made by Falls Church City police for illegal smoking in restaurants in the Eden Center, another 12 arrests for “smoking in non-designated areas” have been reported in the City’s Crime Report for the week of Aug. 17-23. The location of all the arrests were Vietnamese restaurants in the center.
