Simple Assault, Lebanese Butcher, 113 E Annandale Rd., December 18, 3:41 p.m., victim reports being assaulted while at work. On December 27, 6:22 p.m., police arrested a male, 36, of Annandale, VA for Simple Assault.

Destruction of Property, Inns of Virginia, 421 W Broad St., between December 14 and December 15, unknown person(s) broke out a window inside the establishment.

Destruction of Property, 100 blk. W Broad St., December 18, between 9:30 a.m. and 7:41 p.m., unknown person(s) shattered the right front passenger side window of a parked vehicle.

Larceny from Building, Jazzie Pools, 429 S Maple Ave., December 18, 8:44 p.m., unknown person(s) stole a laptop, two gift certificates, and a credit card from the establishment.

Driving under the Influence, 300 blk. Hillwood Ave., December 19, 4:34 a.m., police arrested a male, 20, of Springfield, VA for DUI.

Drunkenness, 300 blk. Hillwood Ave., December 19, 5:00 p.m., police arrested a female, 20, of Centreville, VA for DIP.

Drug/Narcotic Violation, Homestretch, 370 S Washington St., December 19, 12:22 p.m., police arrested a female, 19, of Falls Church, VA for Possession of Marijuana. Incident to the arrest, she also had 11 warrants for her arrest (6 misdemeanor/5 felony).

Larceny, The Falls Church (Daycare), 115 E Fairfax St., December 19, 12:30 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the establishment and stole two American Express and two Target Gift Cards.

Aggravated Assault, Eden Center, 6799 Wilson Blvd., December 19, 3:17 p.m., police units and deputies responded to a fight in progress. It was observed by a witness that a tow truck driver was attempting to get away from a group of people who swarmed the vehicle. The driver and passenger of the tow truck was pulled from the vehicle and beaten. Medics responded and transported four to Arlington Hospital. This case remains under investigation.

Simple Assault, 500 blk. Great Falls St., December 21, 5:35 a.m., victim was jogging on the bike trail, when unknown person(s) traveling in opposite direction on the bike trail grabbed the victim’s shoulders, spun victim around, and threw victim to the ground. The victim began screaming and the subject fled on foot.

Larceny-Pocket Picking, Kaiser Permanente, 201 N Washington St., December 21, 12:26 p.m., unknown person(s) went inside victim’s purse while on the elevator and stole victim’s change purse containing VA Driver’s License, 2 credit cards, and $80 cash.

Disorderly Conduct, Diamond Nightclub, 6763 Wilson Blvd, December 22, 1:34 a.m., police arrested a male, 31, of Woodbridge, VA for Disorderly Conduct.

Liquor Law Violation, 100 blk. W Westmoreland Rd., December 22, 3:19 a.m., police arrested a 14 year-old female juvenile for Underage Possession of Alcohol and Obstruction of Justice.

Destruction of Property, 100 blk. Chanel Ter., between December 21, 10:00 p.m. and December 22, 10:38 a.m., unknown person(s) broke the passenger side headlight of a parked vehicle.

Liquor Law Violation, 900 blk. Hillwood Ave., December 22, 10:30 p.m., police arrested a female, 19, of Falls Church for Underage Possession of Alcohol. Incident to the arrest, numerous underage juveniles were released to their parents for hanging out in a vacant home (basement).

Drunkenness, 300 blk. Hillwood Ave., December 23, 1:48 a.m., police arrested a male, 25, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DIP.

Drunkenness, 100 blk. E Fairfax St., December 23, 12:41 p.m., police arrested a male, 45, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DIP.

Drunkenness, 7Eleven, 201 S Washington St., December 24, 2:14 a.m., police arrested a male, 32, of, NO FIXED ADDRESS, for DIP.

Driving under the Influence, 100 E Annandale Rd., December 24, 2:17 a.m., police arrested a male, 23, of Elizabeth Town, PA for DUI.

Larceny from Vehicle, Giant Foods, 1230 W Broad St., December 24, between 6:00 a.m. and 2:34 p.m., unknown person(s) smashed the passenger window of a parked vehicle and stole a purse located inside.

Simple Assault, Eden Center, 6763 Wilson Blvd., #6, December 24, 11:01 p.m., unknown person(s) punched victim in the face. The victim sustained injuries to the cheek and lip on the left side of the face.

Simple Assault, 100 blk. E Annandale Rd., December 25, 12:08 a.m., police a maler, 52, of NO FIXED ADDRESS, for 2x Felony Assault/Officer and DIP.

Destruction of Property, National Wholesale Liquidators, 6751 Wilson Blvd., December 25, between 11:30 a.m. and 2:25 p.m., unknown person(s) scratched a parked vehicle along both sides and broke the windshield.

Recovered Stolen Vehicle, 100 blk. Church Pl., December 26, 9:01 a.m., police arrested a male., 18, of Herndon, VA for Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle/Stolen Auto.

Burglary-Residential, 800 blk. W Broad St., December 27, 11:50 p.m., unknown person(s) entered the residence and stole a safe containing money, a debit card, Cingular card, and darts. No one was injured.

Larceny, Shoplifting, Syms, 1000 E Broad St., December 28, 8:30 p.m., police arrested a female, 50, of Fairfax, VA for stealing a Perry Ellis umbrella.

Liquor Law Violation, 200 blk. Hillwood Ave., December 29, 5:43 a.m., police arrested a male, 19, of Katonah, NY for Underage Possession of Alcohol.

Larceny from Building, Jazzie Pools, 429 S Maple Ave., between December 28, 1:15 p.m. and December 29, 7:48 a.m., unknown person(s) took stole victim’s camera off desk. Incident to the case, the camera was recovered and returned to the victim.

Possess False Identification, State Theatre, 220 N Washington St., December 29, 9:35 p.m., police arrested a male, 20, of Arlington, VA for Possession of False Identification.

Drunkenness, 6700 blk. Wilson Blvd., December 30, 12:10 a.m., police arrested a male, 35, of Silver Spring, MD for DIP.

Fraud, 500 blk. N Roosevelt Blvd., between December 18 and December 30, unknown person(s) used victim’s debit card number to make unauthorized purchases.

Motor Vehicle Theft, 200 blk. Lawton St., December 31, between 12:01 a.m. and 8:00 a.m., unknown person(s) stole a 1990 Chevy Lumina from the residence.
