Craftsmen’s Classic Arts & Crafts Festival, Oct. 20, 21 and 22, Dulles Expo Center.

A veritable orgy of creativity by over 400 of the nation’s best artisans from 33 states and Canada offers an early bird’s start to the holiday season this Friday through Sunday at the Dulles Expo Center, north off I-66 at Rt. 28 (at Willard Rd.). Free parking and free same-day return, there’s something for everyone and especially for the crafter and decorator in you, an opportunity to scope out some good ideas that only you among your friends and neighbors will see. It’s $7 for adults and $1 for kids up through 12. Friday it runs from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
