Mason Girls Head to State Semifinals This Friday

George Mason High’s girls varsity basketball team, the Region B champion, vanquished Northumberland High 57-26 at last Saturday’s Virginia High School League state tournament quarterfinals. The win sends the team to Virginia Commonwealth University’s Stuart C. Siegel Center to face Region A champion Lancaster High this Friday, March 13, at 10:30 a.m.
