Police Looking for Dog That Bit Man Near Cherry Hill Park Wednesday

A man, bit by a dog Wednesday afternoon near Cherry Hill Park, may have to undergo rabies inoculations if the animal is not located, police reported Friday.

City of Falls Church police say the man was bit on the leg on March 27 while he was walking near the Cherry Hill Park tennis courts behind the Community Center. The dog is described as while, medium-sized and was being walked by a woman who had two other dogs. The woman is described as white in her 20s, approximately 5’11” to 6″ tall, wearing a gray knit cap and a gray or tan coat.
