THE HOME OF Andrew and Amy Schroeder (center) were awarded a green certificate from the Falls Church City Council, pictured above, as well as the National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) National Contractor of the Year Award for Green Entire House category for remodeling their home on Offut Drive in the City. Andrew Schroeder is the General Manager of Schroeder Design/Build located in Fairfax.
Along with that recognition, the Schroeder family’s Offut Drive home won the NARI DC Metro Chapter CotY Grand Award Green Entire House and Whole House plus NARI Regional CotY on Green Entire House and Whole House.
