Upcoming Jazz Festival Features Local Talent

Terry Lee Ryan, a New Orleans native turned Northern Virginia resident, is celebrating Jazz Appreciation Month with a four-day jazz fest.

The dates and artists performing at each location are as follows:

Monday, April 23 — Dotty Westgate, Joe Tippett, Louise Brown. Arlington-Fairfax Elks Lodge. (8421 Arlington Blvd., Fairfax). $10 cover, dinner available. 6 p.m. (703)560-2188.
