Fairfax County Students Return to Classroom

Back to school for Fairfax County students, like the enthusiastic bunch here at Lemon Road Elementary in Pimmit Hills.

The county decided to bump up the start of the school year to the week before Labor Day in order for more SOL test preparation and to lessen the impact of lost class time due to snow days.
