The annual good-hearted Solarize Virginia competition between Falls Church, Vienna and Fairfax City was won by Falls Church for the first time this year, and a celebration was held at the Vienna Town Hall Wednesday night.
Federal funding for the program runs out next year, so it will conclude the program to urge residents to sign up for ways to utilize solar power for their homes.
