Fire Destroys Home on Timber Lane in Falls Church

A fire at 311 Timber Lane in the City of Falls Church has displaced a family and caused $300,000 in damages to the home, City officials report.

Just after 5 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 17, fire departments responded to the fire on Timber Lane. Reports to the News-Press say the residents of the house were out for a walk and discovered the fire upon their return. No injuries were reported.

The City of Falls Church Fire Marshal stated the fire is still under investigation. The property is condemned.
