F.C. Band Boosters Host Dinner to Benefit School Bands

Falls Church City Band Boosters are partnering with Pizzeria Orso for a fundraiser for the school bands in the Falls Church City Public School system from 5 – 9 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 17.

All customers who want to benefit Falls Church City band students, Pizzeria Orso will donate 15 percent of dine-in and take out sales to the Falls Church City Band Boosters.

The event is co-hosted by Falls Church City Band Boosters, which runs the non-profit music lesson program, provides music scholarships, funds music clinics and helps bridge budget gaps. Among the goals this year is sending George Mason High School musicians to perform at New York’s Carnegie Hall in March 2017. For more information, visit fccps.bandboosters@gmail.com.
