Sara Daneshpour to Play Recital in Falls Church

Pianist Sara Daneshpour is slated to play a recital at St. Patrick’s Episcopal Church, located at 3241 Brush Dr., Falls Church, on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 4 p.m. as the Odeon Chamber Music Series continues. She won several international piano competitions and is a graduate of the Curtis Institute of Music, where she studied with Leon Fleisher.

She then earned her Master’s degree from the Juilliard School, where she studied with Dr. Yoheved Kaplinsky. The program of the recital will include Rameau, Ravel, Chopin and Rachmaninoff.

A wine and cheese reception will follow the recital. Admission to the concert is free, but there is a suggested donation of $20. For more information about Daneshpour, visit saradaneshpour.com.
