Local Real Estate Agent Hosts Home Tours in Lake Barcroft

Local real estate agent Ken Trotter of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage is hosting a tour of two homes that are on Lake Barcroft in late September at 3260 Ridgeway Terrace in Falls Church.

The art of David Goslin, whose work is inspired by the Washington Color School, will be featured at the tour that home. There will also wine and d’oeuvres and live music at the home. Boats will also be leaving from the home at regular intervals to travel to 3431 Greentree Drive in Falls Church for the tour of the second home.

The second home is a French Provincial home nestled at the edge of Lake Barcroft. Award-winning artist Bobbi Pratte will be at that house to discuss her art. Elizabeth of Brogley of Brogley’s is staging the properties for the event.
