F.C.’s Mobu Kids is Relocating

Mobu Kids, the “indoor playground for kids” at 442 S. Washington Street is not going out of business but will instead be relocating, the business’s owner has confirmed to the News-Press.

After the News-Press reported a new tenant, Falls Church Distillers, had signed a lease to take over the space now occupied by Mobu, several readers expressed concern about the future of the popular children’s center. In an email to the News-Press, the owner of Mobu Kids said “We are moving and are very excited about it! Logistics are a bit up in the air, as we just got final dates for the new tenant.” A statement to the News-Pres by Robert Young of The Young Group, the landlord of the space occupied by Mobu Kids, said he was requested by the indoor playground’s owner to find a new tenant for the space more than three months ago.

Further information on the new location of Mobu Kids will be reported when it becomes available.
