July 4th Fireworks Party to be Held at Arlington National Cemetery

Kidsave, an Washington, D.C.-based organization that aims to give pre-teens and teens who are living an orphanages, temporary foster homes and group homes, support through family visit and mentoring programs, is hosting a 4th of July Fireworks Party from 6 – 11 p.m. on July 4th at the Women’s Memorial at Arlington National Cemetery.

The venue for the party provides an unobstructed view of the fireworks on the National Mall. There will be entertainment,  food, a live and silent auction and fun activities for all, with a choice of dining in the air-conditioned gallery, the grassy plaza or on the rooftop. Tickets for the event cost $75 for children and $150 for adults.

There will be a bus that goes from Gunston Middle School, located at 2700 S. Lang St., Arlington or Lab School, located at 4759 Reservoir Road, Washington, D.C., to the Women’s Memorial and bus tickets are $10. For more information, call 202-503-3104.
