Arrest Made in February 23 Skyline Towers Homicide

A 25-year-old man from Woodbridge was arrested on Friday, June 10 in connection with the February 23 homicide of 35-year-old Babatunde Fadahunsi at the Skyline Towers Apartments, located at 5597 Seminary Road, Falls Church, the Fairfax County Police Department announced in a press release.

Bernardo Eugene Ford, Jr. was arrested and charged with the Use, Carry, Brandish, and Discharge of a Firearm During a Crime of Violence Causing Death, which is in violation of Title 18 of the United States Code, Sections 2 and 924(c)(1)(A)(iii) & (j).

Fadahunsi was found with a gunshot wound shortly after 2:30 p.m. on Tuesday, February 23 in the Skyline Towers Apartments. Fairfax County police determined upon their initial investigation that he sustained an apparent gunshot wound and was deceased. Ford remains in custody.
