George Mason HS Students Win ‘Green Difference’ Award

A group of students from George Mason High School recently won a 2016 Green Difference Award from Green Schools, a Massachusetts-based nonprofit that provides a number of environmental programs and resources to best develop the next generation of green students and schools.

Mason student Ian Leach, Eric Lowery,
 Matthew Zampella, Jacob Brady,
 Andrew Pishner, Jacob Brown,
 Adrian Kamel, and Bikash Shahi won a Outstanding Commitment to Green-o-vation award from the nonprofit. The award will be presented to the students at the Massachusetts State House in Boston on Friday, May 27. For more information, visit projectgreenschools.org.
