Crime Report: F.C. Towing Company Cited, Man Exposes Himself on Little Falls St.

Perhaps a tiny victory for those who have ever been towed in the City of Falls Church, this time it was a towing company that was hit with a fine, according to the latest City of Falls Church Crime Report. On Thursday, May 12, Pete’s Towing & Storage was cited for failing to maintain 24-hour service for vehicle claims.

In other crime, a man was reported exposing himself in public on Little Falls Street on Friday, a laptop was stolen from Falls Church Presbyterian Church and three people were arrested for DUIs.

 

City of Falls Church Crime Report: May 9 – 15, 2016

Larceny from Building, 225 E. Broad St. (Falls Church Presbyterian Church) On May 10, police received a report that an unknown suspect stole a laptop computer sometime between May 7 and May 8.

Vandalism to Vehicle, 200 block Kent St. On May 10, an unknown suspect slashed two tires to the victim’s vehicle.

Narcotics Violations, Driving Under the Influence, Petit Larceny, Public Drunkenness, 800 block W. Broad St. On May 10, officers responded to the area for a report of a motor vehicle crash. After an investigation, a male, 36, of Arlington, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance and Driving Under the Influence. The passenger, a male, 47, of the City of Falls Church, was arrested for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance, Petit Larceny, and Public Drunkenness.

Robbery, 1000 W. Broad St. (Wells Fargo Bank) On May 11, police responded to the location for a robbery. After a joint investigation, a male, 26, of Arlington was arrested on May 13.

Narcotics Violation, 600 block Park Ave. On May 12, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a female, 23, of Arlington, was arrested and released on summons for Possession of Marijuana.

Towing Violation, 1121-B W. Broad St. On May 12, Pete’s Towing & Storage, LLC., was cited for Failure to Maintain 24 hour Service for Vehicle Claims.

Driving Under the Influence, 500 block Hillwood Ave. On May 13, a male, 18, of Woodbridge, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.

Indecent Exposure, 100 block Little Falls St. On May 13, police received a report of an unknown male exposing himself in public.

Driving Under the Influence, 6300 block Arlington Blvd. On May 15, an officer conducted a traffic stop for a motor vehicle violation. The driver, a male, 30, of Annandale, was arrested for Driving Under the Influence.
