Along with the a la carte menu at Dogwood Tavern, the restaurant will be featuring several brunch specials for Mother’s Day.
In addition to their regular menu, they will be offering Poached Salmon and Asparagus Benedict with a Roasted Tomato Hollandaise, Poached Eggs served on Grilled Bread with breakfast potatoes and Bananas Foster French Toast, Dark Rum and Maple Caramel, Bruleed Bananas, Toasted Walnuts and Vanila Ice Cream.

Executive Chef Bertrand Chemel, Pastry Chef Caitlin Dysart and the 2941 team are excited to welcome diners to enjoy a seasonal 3-course prix fixe menu that celebrates some of spring’s most exciting and coveted ingredients.
Featured signature dishes from the special Mother’s Day menus include a Spring Vegetable Terrine with goat cheese, tomato, grilled zucchini, asparagus, tomato gelée, aged balsamic and Grilled Halibut with ramps, asparagus, roasted corn and cherry tomato vinaigrette.
And for those dessert lovers, Dysart is preparing a Chocolate and Raspberry Bouquet with raspberry mousse, chocolate crémeaux, marshmallow, chocolate biscuit, pansy petals, and a Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie with caramelized butter crust, Virginia strawberry compote, rhubarb caramel, lemon-thyme ice cream, just to highlight a few.
The cost of the meal is $75 per person. Reservations can be made for between 11 a.m. – 8 p.m.
