The Winter Hill Emergency Heating and Cooling Center Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Community Development Block Grant Celebration took place Tuesday adjacent the Winter Hill Community Center on S. Virginia Ave.

Community members, Falls Church Housing Corporation staff, City Council members, Housing Commissioners, the City fire marshal and other City staff all came out to celebrate the grand opening of the Winter Hill Emergency Heating and Cooling Center located in the newly-named Jim Moran Winter Hill Apartments Community Center.
