LeeLee Hunter, a classical guitarist, will perform in recital on Sunday, April 10 in the sanctuary of Lewinsville Presbyterian Church, located at 1724 Chain Bridge Road, McLean. Her concert will be the second in Lewinsville’s 2016 performance series Live at Lewinsville.
Hunter grew up in the congregation of Lewinsville Presbyterian Church. She received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees at the Peabody Conservatory in the studio of Julian Gray. She has performed in master classes with Lorenzo Micheli and Matteo Mela of Soloduo, Carlos Perez, Bruce Holzman and Zoran Dukic. In addition to solo performances, LeeLee collaborates extensively with other musicians, including soprano Chelsea Buyalos and harpist Anna Odell.
